Vendor Terms & Conditions

We like to make things uncomplicated and easy to deal with, so below you'll find our 10 simple vendor terms & conditions. By applying to be a vendor with us, you understand and agree to the following:

  1. SET UP DETAILS

An email containing all necessary set up information will be sent to you directly prior to the event. Effective communication is important to us to ensure a smooth event and vending experience, so if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to us.

2. ALTERING PROPERTY & DAMAGES

No vendors will be allowed to physically alter any part of the venue for their set up. No tape, tacks, etc. to be used on any venue surfaces or walls. We work hard to partner with venues that provide high visibility and high foot traffic for our creative vendors. In order to be allowed back, we need to make sure we leave their space just as we arrived or better.

3. BOOTH HYGIENE

We want a fun, unique, and importantly safe environment for our patrons, vendors, and partners. We expect our vendors to keep a sanitary booth to reduce the spread of germs. We will do our best to provide hand sanitizer and basic disinfecting products at the home booth, and encourage our vendors to use good hygiene best practices when interacting with the public. Please, if you are feeling sick, stay home.

4. EVENT PROMOTION

We see our vendors as partners at each event. We will be marketing the event so that we can provide higher foot traffic and encourage more sales with our vendors. More customers, more opportunities to share your hard work, more sales, we all win. We highly encourage our vendors to share digital event flyers on their websites and social media platforms to expand our reach leading up to the event.

5. FOOD & BEVERAGE PERMITS

All food and/or beverage vendors are required to have proper permits and licences in order to legally sell food or beverages at the event. It is you, the vendor's responsibility to obtain and maintain compliance with those permits and licences. We may ask for you to provide copies of your permits or licenses in order to meet compliance with the venue.

6. PRODUCT LIABILITY

Each vendor is responsible for their own booth and products. Draft & Craft will hold no liability of any loss or damage to property, merchandise or the vendor themselves. We recommend event insurance to reduce your risk of liability and may require it for some events. We will include insurance requirements in the event detail communications we send out.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION

All vendors agree to allow the use of photos and video of the vendors likeness, booth, and products for promotional purposes by Draft & Craft organizers. If we've taken some pictures or video of you at one of our events and you want a copy, let us know and we'd be more than happy to share it with you. We also encourage you to share your experience, take pictures, and have fun.

8. BAD WEATHER

Weather is sometimes a hard thing to deal with. It's often unpredictable and if you have lived in the Ohio Valley, can change from one minute to the next. We do our best to account for this uncertainty through careful planning, and coordination with our venues and partners. We will monitor the weather before and during each event. We will either issue reschedule dates or refunds if the event needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to weather.

9. PAYMENTS

Once your application has been approved we will reach out to you to confirm the event date. Once we've confirmed the date with you, we will issue an invoice online. The vendor fees are due within 7 days of the event confirmation. If we haven't recieved payment by the 8th day, your booth spot will be given to a waitlisted vendor. You have the option to pay the invoice through Stripe via the invoice email. If you need other arrangements, just let us know and we'll try to accomodate you.

10. REFUND POLICY

All vendor fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the case of an event cancellation or rescheduling. We will offer refunds via check by USPS no later than 7 days after the event cancellation or rescheduling has been confirmed.
